Cavalio’s Clic brings together the advantages of two distinct types of floor covering to

form a stunning – and extremely durable – floating floor. Featuring sound-absorbing

cork underlay, UNICLIC glue-less assembly system and eye-catching PVC surface

finishes, Clic effortlessly combines functionality and design to beautiful effect.

The large variety of finishes, including many wood grains as well as marble and slate

effects make Clic suitable for use in most areas around the home, especially those

that get heavy traffic and wear. The construction of its 305mm x 915mm planks and

cork underlay make for very effective sound insulation in direct comparison with a

wooden floor.

Clic can be laid on most subfloors – as long as they are clean, dry and free from

cracks – including wooden boards and existing vinyl/linoleum. An expansion gap of

10mm is required between the flooring and the wall (as well as fixed structural parts)

and the maximum area that can be laid continuously is 10m x 10m, with larger

spaces requiring their own gaps. Clic is not suitable for rooms subject to frequent

wetting, such as bath or laundry rooms, and saunas. Maintenance and care couldn’t

be simpler: loose debris can be removed by vacuuming or brushing, more resistant

soiling requires damp mopping with a neutral detergent and wiping dry with a cloth.

Cavalio introduce a new concept in residential flooring, Artigo.

Cavalio have recently expanded their collection to include the Italian manufactured Artigo rubber flooring

range.

Already a well known name in commercial flooring, Artigo lines the floors of many great buildings and

institutions throughout the world from the University Library in Denmark, the De Reus airport in Spain to

the Xian Western Hospital in China and was recently announced as the recurrent flooring supplier to the

Grand Palais in Paris for temporary floorings laid during exhibitions.

Artigo is now becoming highly desirable as a residential flooring option due to its trend setting designs,

vivid selection of colours and the many benefits it can offer. It also gives customers the preferred

ecological choice.  Made of both natural and synthetic rubber, the reinforcing mineral charges and natural

colour pigments are selected from substances that remain environment-friendly during the floor’s

production and lifecycle.

It’s lightweight, warm to the touch, offers fast installation, easy maintenance and has the possibility of

covering pre-existing floors with little preparation making rubber an excellent product for renovating

existing buildings along with new modern homes.

Hygienic by nature, giving a dense and sealed surface, it’s durable and very resistant to wear which

makes it an excellent choice for walking comfort and considerable noise reduction.  Artigo is the perfect

alternative for children’s playrooms, lofts and home gym areas but, for a more daring approach, looks

fabulous in bathrooms and kitchens.

Two new finishes have recently being introduced, Pro and TXL, which both further protect the rubber

surfaces thus considerably reducing the use of detergents, chemical agents, water and energy required

for maintenance.  The PRO finish utilises the latest generation UV linked polymeric coating technology

offering an antistatic and slip resistant coating finish that protects the surface, improves performance and

reduces the need for cleaning and maintenance. TXL is a post vulcanisation treatment that achieves a

lower surface density whilst increasing surface resistance, enhancing cleaning, dirt and scratch resistant

properties.

In a range of 7 designs and over 89 dramatic colour options from spectacular ‘Love Red’ to the more

conventional ‘Metal Grey’, Artigo is right on trend for the new season and complements the 3 luxury vinyl

tile ranges – Vittara, Terreni and Ceramica – already offered by Cavalio.
